Our Policies
Payments Accepted
You have several options to complete your purchase with us. Our PayPal checkout system will allow you to pay using your PayPal account. You may also choose this option if you would like to pay with a credit card and do not have a PayPal account. It does not require you to signup for PayPal to use it.
Shipping Policy
We ship Monday Through Friday with the exception of holidays. Items will ship out same day if orders are received by 11:00am Pacific Standard Time. If you order an item after 11:00am Pacific Standard Time on Friday it will ship out by end of business the following Monday.
International Shipping
We now offer international shipping for our Taps and mask related products upon request. Please use our contact page to request a quote. We can also do third party account shipping. (We can use your UPS/FedEx account.) If needed.
Return Policy
It’s our goal to give you the best customer experience possible. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us before returning your product. We will do our best to remedy the situation. You have 30 days from receipt of your purchase to return it to us. If there is a defect in the product or there was a mistake on the processing of your order we offer a full refund or exchange of your product. If the return is not due to an error or defect you may still get a refund, however, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. All products will be inspected upon return to ensure all policies are followed. Keep in mind we will treat you as fairly as you treat us in good faith.
MPI Tools Limited One Year Warranty
MPI Tools will replace your product if it fails due to a manufacturing defect for one year from the date of purchase on receipt. This 1-year warranty is limited to the replacement of the MPI Tools product only and no other warranty, liability, or responsibility is implied or expressed.
This warranty only covers products purchased from authorized dealers. Contact sales@mpitools.com for warranty inquires.
